Terms and conditions

By using My Huge Photos services, you acknowledge that you have both read and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Content provided by you

1. My Huge Photo and its representatives are not responsible for monitoring the content that you provide at any point.

2. You agree to not upload content that contains or portrays anything unlawful, obscene, threatening or otherwise objectionable.

3. You acknowledge that you are responsible for following all legal standards, rules and regulations that apply to your content when applicable.

Reproduction

By default our inhouse Adobe Photoshop gurus will lighten shadows, add vibrance and straighten horizons unless you tick the box requesting that we do not alter your photo before checking out.

Once uploaded your order will move directly into production generally within 2-4 days. If at this point you want us to apply any additional edits it is your responsibility to let us know within this time so that we may remove your order from our production queue.

If edits are required, we will swap your file to a newly uploaded file or make the requested adjustments ourselves and return your order to our production queue.

You acknowledge that if you do approve any image editing, that we do not offer refunds or free reprints if you are not happy with the result.

Image clarity/resolution

We do not restrict the uploading of any image. Our perfect upload specifications are in our FAQs.

Image colour, composition, lighting, location of text and watermarks

1. Images appear brighter on backlit devices, so it is important to ensure your image is bright enough for printing.

2. Every possible effort will be made to ensure the fidelity of the colours in your order. However, you acknowledge that colour variations between your screen and our printer exist. As such, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that the colours on your screen will be identical to those on the finished product.

Image cropping

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that important parts of their images do not fall within 5mm of photo’s edge to ensure image bleed removes nothing of importance to the reproduction.

File size

Our upload software is not limited by file size. If your file is not uploading please contact us by email or phone.

Printing materials and size information

1. It is incumbent upon the customer to appropriately research the foam board material upon which their images will be reproduced.

2. My Huge Photo cannot be held responsible if the customer expects something different from the materials that we have described on our website.

3. All products are printed in millimetres.

4. You the customer acknowledge that minor size deviations can exist due to the nature of material used.

Order processing and communication

1. After your order is submitted, please allow 4-5 days for production. Should we have any enquiries, your timely response will be necessary for fulfilling your order in an appropriate time frame.

2. Should we raise any concerns about the image submitted, you the customer acknowledge that the order may remain in production longer than the 4-5 days as stipulated on our web site.

3. You the customer also acknowledge that My Huge Photo is an online business and that a large part of our communication is done via email and SMS. You the customer acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any delays if you fail to check your emails. This includes your spam folder.

4. You the customer acknowledge that we are not responsible if you experience issues with your email provider thus resulting in delays to the processing of your order.

Alterations to product or quantity of your order

1. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review and double-check your order before submitting.

2. You may request an order cancellation if your order has not entered production phase.

Product matching

From time to time we do make slight changes to product specifications. If you are trying to match a new order with an old order, please contact support@myhugephoto.com.au and we will strive to achieve this. We do not offer compensation if you attempt to product match without contact us.

Alterations to delivery address

1. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when placing your order.

2. If you require a delivery address update, we will do this for you if your order has not been despatched.

3. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been left our warehouse. Tracking will be provided and you will need to contact the courier company directly.

4. My Huge Photo cannot be held liable if you the customer omit any important information from the shipping details resulting in the order being returned to us. If the order is returned to us due to customer error, you may be charged an additional delivery fee to reship your order.

Cancellation and credit

1. Due to our fast turnaround time, we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered printing stage.

2. If you request an order cancellation before your order has entered printing stage, we will happily cancel and process a store credit.

Delivery time frames

99% of our orders are shipped within 4-5 working days. This timeframe can be impacted by a number of factors:

1. Reversal of payment

2. Orders being put on hold due to an image issue being detected

3. Response time from you the customer if we request an updated image

4. Delay or issue with production

5. Delay or issue with our shipping partners

We do not offer compensation if your order arrives late

We do not guarantee delivery times.

Returns and refunds

Before placing your order please read our returns and refund policy addressing returning an order and orders damaged in transit.
