Returns and refund policy

My Huge Photo is committed to supplying high quality photo reproductions and we will do everything in our power to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases.

Order Alterations

Please carefully verify the contents of your shopping cart are correct before checking out. If for some reason you need to alter your order, we need to be contacted on 1300 525 858 or support@myhugephoto.com.au. Orders are made on demand and processed quickly – we may not be able to fully accommodate your request without sufficient notice.

Change of Mind Claim

If you have had a change of heart for whatever reason and your order has been printed, we will not replace or credit.

Returns 

Your order needs to be returned in an ‘as new’ condition and complete with original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of the return to us. If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact us by email at support@myhugephoto.com.au and we will advise you on the next steps. The address for returns is 23 Archimedes Street Darra Qld 4076.

As you will remain responsible for the returned print until it reaches us, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned.

Damaged in transit claim

Although our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, occasionally accidents can happen. 

If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and advise us immediately.  

If your parcel is left unattended or you do accept the delivery and find the artwork is damaged once the carton is opened, please advise us within 24 hours. It is essential that you include photos of the damage to the box and the artwork as attachments to your email. Email to support@myhugephoto.com.au.  

Missing after delivery

My Huge Photo cannot take responsibility for missing parcels. Please provide us with a safe location to leave parcels should you not be at home to accept it. If you do not feel there is a safe place to have the parcel left, please provide an alternative address where you know someone will be at home to receive it.

Faulty Claim

If you receive an order which has a workmanship fault, we will replace without charge. To maintain our standard of high quality we may request the order be returned so please keep packaging. We will cover costs of the return if we can clearly see the fault is ours. Please contact us within seven days at support@myhugephoto.com.au and our team will be happy to assist.

Refunds

Upon receipt of returned orders, we will examine and notify you via email or SMS within 2 business days whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
